Programme Manager Responsibilities:

As a Programme Manager in our corporate training division, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion through the development and execution of education programs. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of program development, client engagement, and operational oversight. Here’s an overview of your essential duties:

 

Business Development:

Identify and establish new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients, as well as schools.

Contribute to the formulation of a comprehensive business plan and growth strategies.

 

Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:

Interact with potential clients and schools to understand their educational needs and requirements.

Collaborate closely with faculty to create customized program proposals that address client needs within specified timeframes.

 

Proposal Preparation and Marketing:

Develop well-structured and compelling education program proposals for presentation to current and potential clients.

Assist in marketing efforts to promote the company’s programs, ensuring they effectively reach the intended target audience.

 

Program Implementation and Logistics:

Oversee the successful implementation of programs, primarily in Singapore.

Provide logistic support to ensure seamless execution of programs, including coordinating resources and managing event-related details.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Programme team to enhance the overall learning experience for customers.

Foster open and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, faculty, and internal teams.

 

Innovation and Adaptation:

Demonstrate a growth mindset and continuously seek innovative ways to improve program offerings and customer experiences.

Adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility in addressing challenges and opportunities.

 

Project Management:

Efficiently plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and objectives.

Ensure alignment of projects with the overall business goals and strategies.
