Ms. Cathrine Zhou
Ms. Zhou, the founder of Chuanghui Learning Center, established the company in 2012, bringing with her 14 years of extensive educational experience. She upholds the belief of maintaining her passion and love for education, consistently striving to help students learn programmes in an efficient and more engaging way. Ms. Zhou firmly believes that education should be an enjoyable process, allowing students to benefit from lifelong learning through joyful learning, practical application, and nurturing education. (周女士作为创慧智学中心的品牌创始人，公司成立于2012年，迄今已有14年的丰富教育背景。周女士奉行着保持初心，热爱教育的信念，并始终致力于帮助学生以有效率，且更具趣味性的方式学习课程。她坚信教育应该是一种寓教于乐的过程，通过乐学善用和关爱教育，让学生能够终身学习，终身受益。)
Ms. Zhou holds a diploma in Theatre Performance from Singapore, a UK Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Theatre Arts (Production Design), and a UK Master’s degree (MBA), with excellent academic achievements in these fields. Her areas of expertise include Theatre Arts, Education Management, and Business Administration. With over 10 years of experience in the education industry, Ms. Zhou now leads a multilingual team of over 200 trainers (including Chinese, English, Malay, Tamil, and other languages) to provide education management and teaching services to students. (周女士拥有新加坡戏剧表演专业、英国剧场艺术（制作设计）荣誉学士学位（本科学历）和英国MBA硕士学位（研究生学历），并且在这些领域取得了优秀毕业的成绩，她研究的专业领域涵盖剧场艺术、教育管理和工商管理。周女士从事教育行业已超过10年以上的时间，至今拥有超过200人以上的多语种导师团队(包括：华语、英语、马来语、泰米尔语，其他国家语种等)，为学生提供教育管理和教学服务。)
Ms. Zhou has collaborated with over 300 schools and institutions to jointly promote the development of education. She has organized more than 500 programme initiatives and cultural carnivals, dedicated to enriching students’ learning experiences and nurturing their interests. Additionally, she has overseen over 2,000 programme classes, enabling students to participate in various learning opportunities and broaden their knowledge. These efforts and contributions have impacted over 100,000 students, providing them with meaningful educational enrichment programmes to enhance their learning journey. Ms. Zhou has collaborated with government schools for many years, jointly organizing multiple language-related competitions, such as media competitions, inter-school debates, online debates, drama performance competitions, public speaking competitions, and storytelling competitions. She has not only served as a judge but has also personally directed several school musicals, providing students with platforms to showcase their talents and express their abilities. Regarding partnerships, Ms. Zhou has established strong collaborative relationships with numerous institutions and schools, including Singapore kindergartens, government primary and secondary schools, junior colleges, international schools, polytechnics, art colleges, government agencies, art institutions, as well as renowned local enterprises and overseas schools and educational organizations. Chuanghui Learning provides comprehensive support and services to its partners to promote educational innovation and the all-round development of students, offering customized advice and solutions to optimize educational processes and enhance students’ learning outcomes, collaboratively building a higher-quality and more dynamic educational environment.
