Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, including schools and organizations.
Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and revenue.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with potential clients and schools to assess their specific training needs.
Collaborate with our faculty to develop tailored program proposals, ensuring timely delivery.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare detailed and compelling education program proposals for current and potential clients.
Marketing Support:
Assist in marketing our diverse range of programs to targeted audiences.
Program Implementation:
Oversee the successful implementation of training programs, focusing on logistical support, primarily in Singapore.
Collaboration and Enhancement:
Work closely with the Program team to enhance and exceed customers’ learning experiences.
Requirements:
While prior experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with a solid drive to succeed.
A deep interest in the education and training industry.
Vital innovation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player willing to collaborate with faculty to develop customized solutions.
Practical project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
Experience in the training or school industry is advantageous.
